Pixfront Privacy Notice
Version 6 · Last updated: 2026-10-17
This notice explains what personal data the Pixfront game handles, why, who we share it with, and how you can exercise your rights, under Mexico's Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties. Pixfront is distributed in Mexico. This is a courtesy translation: if it differs from the Spanish version, the Spanish version prevails.
1. Who is responsible
Roberto Saúl Pacheco Rivera, located at Trupillo 100-5, Zákia, El Marqués, Querétaro, C.P. 76269, México, is responsible for processing your personal data.
Privacy and ARCO rights contact: [email protected]. The person who handles your requests is Roberto Saúl Pacheco Rivera.
2. What data we handle
If you only play offline (campaign, skirmish): your progress, stars, styles, settings and your birth month and year are stored only on your phone. We never receive them. If Android backup is on, Google may copy them to your own Google account to restore them on another phone; Google manages that and you can turn it off in your phone settings.
If you play online:
- An account identifier created automatically, without asking for your name, email or password. If you choose "Link with Google", Firebase also stores your Google email and name so you can recover your profile on another phone; we don't show them to other players.
- Your profile: nickname and the styles you use (other players see them), coins, gems, matches played and won, styles bought, and the version and date you accepted the terms (and whether it was with your parents' permission).
- Technical connection data: IP address, game version and connection time.
- The orders you give during the match, the result and a fingerprint of the match state (so every phone sees the same thing and to detect cheating).
- The signals you send to your team (preset messages with a map point; there is no text or voice chat).
- Reports you make or that others make about you.
- The nicknames you blocked, only while searching for a match, so you are not matched with them (they are not stored).
Ads (only for players 13 and older): Google AdMob collects the device advertising ID, device data, IP address and approximate location to show and measure ads.
Purchases: Google Play charges them. We only receive which product you bought and a purchase receipt, which we verify with Google to deliver your gems; we never see your card or payment details.
We do not ask for your real name, email, phone number, exact location, contacts, photos or microphone. We do not handle sensitive personal data or financial or property data.
3. What we use it for
Purposes needed to provide the service:
- Giving you access to online matches, setting up rooms and matching you with other players.
- Keeping the match in sync, allowing reconnections and deciding the result.
- Preventing cheating, abuse and fraud, and handling reports.
- Applying age protections (for example, no ads for children under 13).
- Keeping your profile, coins and styles, and verifying and delivering your purchases.
- Complying with legal obligations.
Secondary purpose (you can refuse and keep playing the same):
- Showing you ads personalized to your interests.
How to refuse: on the home screen > "Legal and privacy", turn off "Personalized ads". You will still see ads, but not personalized ones. You can also delete or reset the advertising ID in your phone settings, or write to [email protected]. Players under 18 never see personalized ads.
4. How to limit the use of your data
- If you do not want us to handle any online data, play offline only: we receive nothing.
- You can turn off personalized ads (section 3).
- You can delete your online data from the game (section 7).
- You can ask us by email to limit the use or disclosure of your data.
5. Who we share it with
Transfers (third parties that use the data for their own purposes):
- Other players: they see your nickname, your style and what you do in the match, so they can play with you.
- Google (AdMob): to show and measure ads and, unless you refused, personalize them, under its own privacy policy.
- Google Play: to charge and confirm your purchases, under its own privacy policy.
- Competent authorities: only when a law or court order requires it.
Providers that process data on our behalf (processors): Google Cloud hosts the game server and its technical logs, and Firebase (by Google) stores your account identifier and profile, in the United States. They only use them to provide that service to us.
We do not sell your personal data.
Data outside Mexico: Google's servers may be in the United States or other countries, so your data may be processed outside Mexico with the security measures the law requires.
6. How long we keep it
- Online match data: while the room lasts and up to 2 minutes after it ends.
- Server technical logs (including IP): up to 30 days.
- Player reports: up to 12 months, or longer if a case is open. If we suspend your online access, we keep the reason while the suspension lasts.
- Database backups: 7 days.
- Your account and profile: until you delete them, or 24 months without playing online.
- Purchase receipts: as long as tax and consumer protection laws require.
7. Your ARCO rights and how to exercise them
You can access your data, rectify it, cancel it or object to its processing (ARCO rights). You can also revoke your consent and limit the use or disclosure of your data.
How:
- In the game: home screen > "Legal and privacy" > "Delete my online data" (deletes your account and profile on the server and your blocks on the phone).
- Without the game: at pixfront.com/en/borrar-datos.
- By email to [email protected], including:
- Your name or your representative's, and a way to reply to you.
- Your in-game nickname (so we can find your data).
- Which right you want to exercise and over which data.
- If you act for someone else (for example, your child), a document proving that representation.
We will reply within 20 days of receiving your request. If it is granted, we will carry it out within the following 15 days. These periods may be extended once for an equal period when justified. We will not charge you or treat you differently for exercising your rights.
If you get no reply or disagree with it, you can file a rights protection request with the Secretaría Anticorrupción y Buen Gobierno (Mexico's Ministry of Anti-Corruption and Good Governance).
8. Minors
- Online mode is for people 14 and older. If you are 14 to 17, you need permission from your mother, father or guardian, who accepts this notice on your behalf.
- Children under 13 see no ads and no premium style store, and cannot play online.
- Players under 18 see no personalized ads.
- We ask for your birth month and year only to apply these rules, and they are stored on your phone.
- If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child gave us data, write to [email protected] and we will delete it.
9. Notifications
We do not send you notifications, emails or messages: update notices only appear inside the game. If we ever want to notify you by notification or message, we will ask your permission first, and you can refuse and withdraw it at any time.
10. Security
Game connections are encrypted. We keep the minimum data and limit who can see it: the phone cannot read or change the database; only the game server can. If a security breach significantly affects your rights, we will notify you without delay so you can protect yourself.
11. Changes to this notice
We will publish any change on this same game screen ("Legal and privacy"), with its date. If the change is important or adds a new purpose, we will show it to you before you play online again and ask you to accept it again.
